This two schedule is written to peak for the Manchester City Marathon - the team marathon for this year and the Marathon Championship Race for the New England Grand Prix. The schedule can be viewed on the website or click the link above to download your own .pdf version!
The schedule is written with 7 days of running a week. For a 6 day schedule it is recommended to remove an Easy day and for a 5 day schedule is is recommended to omit Friday's workout. Workouts are primarily written on Wednesdays and Fridays, but may be moved around to accommodate any schedule.
Mileage is left off of the schedule due to the simplicity of the plan. It is recommended that mileage remain steady for a three week period of time, followed by an increase of no more than 10%.
