The men's team finished 15th place out of 27 teams and featured Matthew Germain (1:15:52), Ryan Miller (1:20:07),Andrew Towle (1:20:14), John Rheaume (1:23:02), Christopher Stone (1:34:34), and Jonathan Towle (2:25:45). Andrew came all the way from Ontario and made an impressive four minute improvement from his last time on the New Bedford course in 2011. Meanwhile, in the Constitution State, Mike Griffin ran at Max's O'Hartford 5K, finishing third in a time of 16:36.
It was a double racing weekend for Kacey Hill, who finished second at the Green Stride St. Patty's Day 10K in Salisbury, MA with a time of 41:54 on Saturday. Jonathan Towle has also been busy on the local road race scene, running in the Wild Rover Series with great finishes at the Claddagh Pub 4 Miler in Lawrence, MA (March 3) and the Hynes 5 Mile Road Race in Lowell, MA (March 10). The first installment of the three races, the Frozen Shamrock 3 Mile Run, was scheduled for February 24, but has been postponed to April 14.
